Carroll Elementary had a Rodeo Carnival on Aug. 10 to reward primary students who successfully completed a summer pack of math and reading activities. Parents signed up and agreed to work on reading and math skills throughout the summer. There were 33 families represented at the carnival and about 125 people present. More ...
