Tiffany Martinez, 22, of Lafayette, formerly of Flora, died at 1:28 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, at Lafayette Home Hospital.

She was born July 3, 1986, in Lafayette, to Olegario Martinez and Melinda Young Martinez. In 2005, she graduated from Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed listening to music.

Surviving are a daughter, Nevaeh Mayes of Lafayette; her father and stepmother, Olegario Martinez (wife: Angelica) of Frankfort; her mother, Melinda Martinez of Lafayette, three brothers, Alex Martinez and Derrick Martinez, both of Lafayette, and Braulio Martinez of Frankfort; one sister, Marianna Martinez of Frankfort; and her maternal grandmother, Norma Young of Cutler.

Graveside services were held Monday afternoon at Ball Hill Cemetery near Cutler.

Reinke Funeral Home, Flora, assisted the family with arrangements.
