Golf season begins for Carroll girls
      The 2008 Carroll Lady Cougars golf team began its third season Aug. 4 at the Harrison Invitational played at the par 72 Coyote Crossing Golf Course in Lafayette. Carroll finished 14th with a team score of 422. Senior Megan Garrison led the way with an 83, followed by Taylor Sproul with 101, Malena Zook 113, Kirsten Arkwright 125 and Emma Packard 139.
