July 9, 10:26 p.m. - Warrant service, Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. Patricia McLelland, 48, Brookston, was arrested after turning herself in for a warrant. Office Chuck Kent responded.
July 10, 2:56 a.m. - Minor consumption, Delphi. Harvey Mossholder, 19, Camden, was arrested for minor consumption and possession of paraphernalia. Five other juveniles were also detained for minor consumption and released to their parents. Kent investigated.
July 10, 3:24 p.m. - Warrant service, US421 near Alco. Darren Ward, 43, Delphi, was located and arrested. Vondrasek responded.
July 10, 8:09 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Charles St. Bushes belonging to Lisa Ginn, 33, Delphi, were damaged by Virginia McCain, 61, Delphi, after a dispute with a neighbor. Kent investigated.
July 13 - Burglary, Riley Park. Forced entry into concession stand at the softball field. Vondrasek investigated.
July 14, 7:05 p.m. - Battery, E. Franklin St. Daniel Boone Sr., 58, Delphi, was injured when his leg was lodged in a car door allegedly instigated by Edward Hutchinson, 45, Delphi. Kent investigated.
July 15, 2:01 a.m. - Theft/disorderly conduct/resisting law enforcement, Discount Tobacco. Dustin Inman, 25, Delphi, was arrested. Kent investigated.
July 15, 8:16 p.m. - Warrant service, N. Union St. Thomas McKinley, 44, Delphi, was arrested on warrant. Kent responded.
July 19, 12:45 p.m. - Property damage, Swifty's parking lot. Tara Saul, 35, and Jarrod Titus, 17, both of Delphi. Officer Paul Vondrasek responded.

July 7, 11:18 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 1071N. 1275W. Vehicle tires damaged at residence of Gail Mc- Cauley. Deputy John Chapman investigated.
July 7, 12:50 p.m. - Theft, 8064W. 200S., Delphi. Credit card belonging to Alan McConnell, Delphi, was used to purchase items without his permission from the Internet. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.
July 8, 2:41 a.m. - Theft, 166W. Main St., Camden. Brian Majors reported theft of a tool box. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.

July 9, 2:34 a.m. - OWI/prior, Burlington. Kyle Johnston, 22, Camden, was arrested for OWI/prior and possession of a controlled substance. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.
July 10, 6:55 a.m. - Theft 9700 block of N. 1175W. Theft of lap top computers, golf clubs, GPS units and prescription drugs from three vehicles along Lake Freeman were reported. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.
July 12, 9:32 a.m. - Allowing dog to stray, 10784W., Delphi. A dog belonging to Kim Scroggs, 45, Delphi, strayed onto property owned by Leonard Girard, Delphi. The dog bit Girard's dog. Chapman responded.
July 12, 9:45 a.m. - Theft, C&C Beach area. A wallet belonging to Ben Roberts, Delphi, was reported stolen. Hammond investigated.
July 13, 1:51 a.m. - Assisting another agency, SR18 near Springboro. Investigation of sexual misconduct with a minor. Liggett responded.
July 13, 5 a.m. - Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, 4015S. 75W., Cutler. Emitt J. Hopper, 4515S. 75W., Cutler, was arrested for furnishing alcohol to Kaylie N. Miller, Cutler, Coltan L. Marcum, 19, Flora, and a 17-year-old male from Burlington. Dunning investigated.
July 13, 12:08 p.m. - Auto theft/receiving stolen auto parts, 12025W. Clearwater Dr., Monticello. A 2008 Chevrolet truck, equipped with On-Star, owned by Tom Timmons, was taken from the residence. Hammond investigated.
July 13, 12:55 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 6207W. 650S., Rossville. Mailbox belonging to James Lewis vandalized. Hammond investigated.
July 13, 5 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 5421W. 600S., Rossville. 17- year-old female reported an ex-boyfriend from Kentucky refused to leave residence. Prior to police arrival, alleged perpetrator left residence. Hammond responded.
