Jeffery S. Marshall, 39, Logansport was found guilty of check deception and was sentenced to one year in jail, one year suspended and one year supervised probation.
Charles R. Davidson, 27, Logansport, was found guilty of failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to one and one-half years in the Department of Correction with one year suspended and one year supervised probation.
Jerry Kelly, 48, Frankfort, and Randy B. Snyder, 57, Frankfort, were found guilty of illegal possession of undersize walleye.
Cameron R. Dockerty, 21, Kokomo, was found guilty of identity deception and was sentenced to one and one-half years in the Department of Correction, of which 180 days may be served on In-Home Detention, and one year supervised probation.
Levi T. Dyer, 23, Burlington, was found guilty of strangulation and was sentenced to two years in the Department of Correction with one year suspended and one year supervised probation.
Jessica A. Olds, 25, Logansport, was found guilty of OWI/endangering and was sentenced to one year in jail, one year suspended with one year supervised probation.
Adam B. Smith, 22, Delphi, was found guilty of driving while suspended and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended and one year supervised probation.
James W. Zehring, 53, Logansport, was found guilty of OWI/endangering, possession of marijuana and being a habitual substance offender. He was sentenced on all counts to time in jail, all suspended, and probation.
Lisa D. Thieke, 39, Logansport, was found guilty of possession of marijuana and being a habitual substance offender. She was sentenced to the Department of Correction for four years with two years suspended and two years supervised probation.
