Venessa Dawn Roach, 30, of Crawfordsville, died at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, after battling cancer.

She was born June 19, 1978, in Lafayette, to Raymond and Bonnie Biddle Harvey.

She was a 1997 graduate of Jefferson High School, and was a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Clare Medical Center in Crawfordsville.

On Aug. 6, 2006, she married Scott Roach at Heritage Lake.

Surviving with her husband are a son, Laykin Scott Roach of Crawfordsville; her father, of Crawfordsville; her mother and stepfather, Bonnie and Don Moore II of Flora; two stepbrothers, Darrell Moore (wife: Beulah) of Pyrmont and Robert Moore of Delphi; and a stepsister, Crystal Hitch (husband: John) of Ockley.

Services were Saturday in Crawfordsville.
