The National Extended Family Program, which was initiated in 2003, offers resources to Carroll County residents who have a loved one in jail or prison. Founder and executive director Laure Clemons will speak at the Logansport office during the week of Aug. 4 to more fully advertise available services. Clemons will share her story which began with her husband's incarceration.
