Milton L. 'Mick' Graham Sr., 85, formerly of Flora, passed away at 11:05 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2008, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi.

Born March 18, 1923, in Logansport, he was the son of Jesse and Eva Smith Graham.

He attended Camden schools and was a veteran of the Army Air Corps.

He married Anneabell Purdue on Feb. 28, 1947, in Flora, and she preceded him in death on Jan. 4, 2003.

Mr. Graham owned the Suburban Restaurant in Flora from 1965-1972 and Graham's Korner from 1970-77. After that, he was a custodian for the Carroll Consolidated School Corporation. He also worked for the Town of Flora for many years, taking care of the park.

Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Chapman (husband: Ed) and Jane Brewington (husband: Perry), and one son, Mick Graham (wife: Sarah), all of Flora; two brothers, Charles Graham and John Graham, both of Kokomo; five grandchildren, one stepgrandchild, and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four siblings.

Services were Monday at Reinke Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Gamel officiating. Burial was at Maple Lawn Cemetery with military rites performed by the Kokomo VFW Post 1152.
