Five-year-olds Jilian Herron and Caleb Wolfe, seated center, were crowned Carroll County's Little Miss and Mister at the annual pageant held Friday evening in Flora. Jilian is the daughter of Tom and Sarina Herron of Burlington. Caleb's parents are Derik and Bridget Wolfe of Delphi.
