The following were charged with illegal consumption: Aaron D. Minier, Camden; Brittany L. Tyner, Delphi; Michael Atwood, Delphi; Kyle L. Schwarzkopf, Camden; Kelsey R. Propes, Delphi; Alexander B. Conner, Delphi; Nathan C. Trapp, Flora; and Kristopher D. Anderson.
Joshua W. Lovell-Ramey was charged with driving while suspended and speeding.
Antonio Landeros was charged with OWI/endangering.
Josey Chittick was charged with illegal consumption and operating a vehicle with greater than .01 but less than .08 ACE.
Richard Campbell was charged with OWI/endangering and open alcoholic beverage container.
Michelle L. Darnell was charged with OWI/endangering and operating with an ACE of .15 or more.
Leticia Ceja was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and child restraint system violation.
Sandra L. Thomas was charged with check deception.
Kim E. Beamer, Camden, was charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Shawn A. O'Brien was charged with possession of marijuana and illegal consumption.
Darrell W. Shelley was charged with possession of marijuana.
James E. Gunther and Mitzi Gunther were charged with disorderly conduct.
Artaro P. Dominguez, Bringhurst, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Juan M. Martinez was charged with cruelty to an animal.

In an agreed judgment, Kyle R. Hostetter was ordered to pay $608 to Erin M. Hetsko.
The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol or illegal substances: Carrie A. Hines, 23, of Delphi, public intoxication; Marcus S. Mc- Gowen, 36, of Delphi, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person, disregarding stop sign and expired license; Karl A. Leydet, 26, of Bringhurst, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and possession of marijuana; Michael J. Vail, 18, of South Bend, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; and Jakie P. Neidlinger, 18, of South Bend, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
Toi Nguyen, 43, of St. Joseph, Mo., pled guilty to intimidation. He was sentenced to one year in prison and ordered to pay extradition costs.
Kevin L. Handy, 34, of Flora, pled guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to three years in prison, two and a half years suspended, and two and a half years supervised probation.
Robert S. McLaughlin, 25, of Flora, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to two years in prison, all suspended, and two years supervised probation.
Gregory D. Kreps, 20, of Ft. Wayne, pled guilty to failure to return to the schene of accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle and possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.
Beneficial Indiana, Inc., filed a complaint for money against Tamera Shirels.
Citifinancial Services filed a complaint on note against Shown Draper and Andrew R. Draper.
Beneficial Indiana filed a complaint against Charlotte Vaughn aka Charlotte Vaughn aka Charlotte A. Vaughn aka Charlotte Sponaugle.
Beneficial Indiana filed a complaint against Justin B. Boyles.
Deutsche Bank filed a complaint on note and for foreclosure of mortgage James E. Huddleston and Juanita A. Huddleston.
Brandon A. Davis, 21, Forest, and Jose M. Hernandez- Cervantes, 25, Frankfort, were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol.
Levi T. Dyer, 23, Burlington, violated terms of probation and was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with 90 days credit.
Leonardo Haro, 24, Lafayette, was found guilty of driving while suspended and was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and one year probation.
Sarah D. Matthews, 22, Flora, was found guilty of four counts of check deception. On each count, she was sentenced to 120 days, suspended, and 180 days supervised probation to run concurrently.
Rashad J. Scaife, 21, Lafayette, was found guilty of visiting a common nuisance. He was sentenced to 90 in jail, suspended, and one year supervised probation.
Billie Ann Brown, 33, Delphi, was found guilty of criminal confinement and was sentenced to one year, suspended, and one year supervised probation.
