Services for Ida Lucile Popejoy, 91, of Whitehall, Township, Pa., were held June 26 in Allentown, Pa. Burial was at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

She died June 21, 2008, in Woonsocket, RI.

Born Aug. 11, 1916, in Delphi, she was the daughter of Asa and Molly Cohee. She married Walter B. Popejoy, who preceded her in death after 58 years of marriage.

Mrs. Popejoy was a beautician. She operated a salon in Delphi at one time.

Surviving are two sons, Walter C. Popejoy of Lititz, Pa., and William M. Popejoy of Pennsylvania; a daughter, Charolette Popejoy Danis of Woonsocket, RI; five grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren.
