William "Bill" Antcliff, 65, of Kissimmee, Fla., formerly of Flora, died June 29, 2008, at a hospital in Kissimmee.

Born July 8, 1942, in Newton County, he was the son of Chester C. and Maxine R. Jordan Antcliff.

Mr. Antcliff served in the U.S. Army in the late 1960s and was stationed in Germany.

He was retired and when he resided in Carroll County he worked for Crawford Petroleum and Ayres Oil Co.

Surviving are three daughters, Shannon Antcliff of Columbus, Mindi Ellsworth (husband: Brian) of Kissimmee, and Becky Tracy (husband: Tim) of Blairsville, Ga.; a sister, Ruth Ann "Franie" Styck (husband: Percy) of Brook; and six grandchildren.

Services will be held July 20 at his home in Kissimmee.
