The annual Carroll Little Miss & Mister Pageant will be held Friday evening at 7 in the show arena at the 4-H fairgrounds in Flora.

Special guest will be Miss Indiana State Fair 2008 Kristen Schmitt. The 20-year old is a junior at the University of South Indiana in Evansville, majoring in elementary education. She is the first representative from Gibson County to reign as the Indiana State Fair Queen in the 50- year history of the pageant. Miss Schmitt will serve as the official hostess of the 2008 Indiana State Fair, Aug. 6-17.
