BRANTON LEAZENBY attended the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C., June 15-20.

Leazenby He was nominated by his sixth grade teacher, Andrea O'Brien. Selection for the trip was based on achievement, academic performance, and leadership potential.

While in Washington, Branton toured the White House, Korean War Veterans Memorial, National Portrait Gallery, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Capitol Hill, Maryland Science Center, Harper's Ferry, Newseum, and the Lincoln Memorial.

He is the son of Tobe Leazenby and Tresa Leazenby.
