The Burlington Bulls Rookie team placed second in the Hoosier Heartland Conference Tournament held recently in Burlington. The Bulls were 5-2 in the tournament, defeating Rossville 1 (9-6) and Michigantown 2 (17-0); losing to Mulberry 1 (17-5); and beating Rossville 1 (17-14), Michigantown 3 (17-7), and Mulberry 1 (14-10) before losing the championship game to Rossville 3 (20-9).
