Baker returns home

Kimberly Baker of Water Tower Place Apartments in Delphi recently welcomed home her son, FC3 Caleb N. Baker, Fire Control, 3rd class Petty Officer, stationed in Norfolk, Va. He has been away since last fall.

A graduate of Twin Lakes, High School, he is currently serving on the USS Truman. Water Tower Place residents made sure he had a special welcome home with red white and blue lights and flags.
