Mr. and Mrs. Robert Robbins of 3623 Senior Place, West Lafayette, 47906 (formerly of Delphi), observed their 60th wedding anniversary on June 15. They will have a small family celebration later this summer.

Robbins, a lifelong farmer, and the former Patricia Burbage were married June 15, 1948, in Rockfield. Mrs. Robbins was previously assessor of Carroll County, as well as a homemaker. The couple lived on their Delphi farm throughout their marriage, until recently moving to West Lafayette.

They have one son and two daughters, James Robbins (wife: Jill) of Delphi, Barbara Small (husband: Greg) of Lafayette, and Janet Scherr (husband: David) of Folsom, Calif. They also have seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
