The estate of the late Barbara L. Ritchey was admitted, probate will only.

A decree of dissolution of marriage was granted between Mark A. Westlake and Livia M. Westlake.

A decree of dissolution of marriage was granted between Rita M. Heady and Howard P. Heady.

Cheryl A. Green f/k/a Warner was ordered to pay $1,479.71 to Palisades Collection LLC.

An order setting aside judgment and decree of foreclosure and of dismissal was granted to Glenn B. Stonebraker and Jennifer L. Stonebraker.

The following were dismissed: Palisades Acquisition XVI LLC vs. Elizabeth Hill; Midland Credit Management vs. Jeffrey H. Ragan a/k/a Jeffery Ragan; Palisades Collection LLC vs. Nancy D. a/k/a Dee Brewer; Midland Credit Management vs. Lisa Gromley; Sienna Financial LP vs. Betty Hensley; Midland Credit Management vs. Andrew Griffin; and Douglas M. Willy and Stephanie M. Willy vs. Bradford A. Myers, Dan Isley and Steven R. Isley.

Anthony L. Hall, 44, pled guilty to burglary. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison, two years suspended, and supervised probation.

The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support as of May 7: Stacy Lee (Heath) Roe, $7,007.26; Brian L. Burge, $9,701.77; Michale McKinney, $14,411; Timothy Rodenbarger, $5,320; Jennie Lynn Endress, $1,572; and Russell Scott Gaby, $22,047.60.

A petition to restore previous name filed by Lindsey Marie Mc- Carty was granted. Her last name of Simpson was restored to her.

Dane H. Fife, 24, pled guilty to obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or deceit. He was sentenced to three years in prison, all but 12 days suspended, supervised probation for one year and unsupervised probation for two years.
