The following were charged with check deception: Gienna D. Garcia, Don E. Spray, Mitzie Dulin, Kari N. Lee (4 counts), Kendal L. Koontz, Alisa Thompkins, Jennifer R. Groleau, Mark K. Kirts.
Matthew A. Scoggin, Monticello was charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
Julie Rodriguez was charged with operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and no valid operating license.
Joshua Wayne Biddle, Lafayette, ws charged with illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.
Jimmy Lee Adams was charged with OWI- endangering.
Melchor Aguimaga, Lafayette, was charged with driving while suspended, driving left of center, and no insurance.
Robert Scroggs, Jr., was charged with invasion of privacy and intimidation.
Kenneth P. Davis, Delphi, was charged with OWI-endangering and driving while suspended.
Alfredo Morales was charged with using more than three fishing poles.
Kyle T. O'Brien was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Ryan A. Frey was charged with possession of marijuana.
Jose M. Cervantes-Hernandez was charged with public intoxication.
Craig L. Chatfield was charged with OWI-endangering, operating a vehicle with BAC of .15 or more, driving while suspended, open alcoholic container, no registration plate, no insurance, and failure to signal.

Robert L. Lucas, 19, of Flora, pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to one and a half years in prison, one year suspended, and one year supervised probation.
Blake M. Miller, 20, of Delphi, pled guilty to invasion of privacy. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.
William M. Bray, 27, of Mulberry, pled guilty to residential entry. He was sentenced to three years in prison, two years suspended, and two years supervised probation.
The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol or illegal substances: Crystal Altman, 25, of Monticello, possession of marijuana; Michelle J. Wright, 46, of Bringhurst, public intoxication; Alison R. Sommers, 19, of Burnettsville, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; and Wilfredo Sepulveda, 25, of Monticello, possession of marijuana.
