Zachman Rossville Middle/High School announces its 2008 valedictorians and salutatorian.

Co-valedictorians are Lindsey Zachman and Autumn Dalton. Salutatorian is John Mitchel.

Zachman is the daughter of Joe and Debbie Zachman of Lafayette. She was a member of National Honor Society, played tennis, and was involved in art activities and yearbook.

She plans to attend Purdue University and major in biology.

Dalton is the daughter of Larry and Susan Dalton of Rossville. She was a member of National Honor Society, student government, and the Big Brother-Big Sister Local Heroes Mentor Program. She was in concert choir, concert band, and auditioned vocal ensemble, and was an ambassador to high school. She also was involved with Learning to Lead and her church youth group.

She plans to attend Taylor University and major in music education.

Mitchel is the son of Roy and Susan Mitchel of Rossville. He was involved with the PEERS Project, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Spanish Club, and theatre production. He was editorin chief of the RHS basketball program and designed the track and field T-shirts. Other activities have been Habitat for Humanity, preaching for the Monticello Church of Christ, and coaching the Rossville Youth Soccer League.

Dalton He plans to attend Purdue University and major in management.
