At recent public ceremonies several members of Mt. Zion Masonic Lodge #211 received honors for long-term membership and achievements. Former Carroll County Deputy Jason Dunning, terminated due to county budget reductions, was sworn in May 16 as a part-time fill-in officer for Delphi. According to chief Justin Darling, Dunning will fill in on shifts when no other officer is available to work. He will not have regular hours. More ...
