Charlene & Mark Porter Mark and Charlene Porter of Lafayette, formerly of Carroll County, will celebrate birthdays in June. Mrs. Porter will be 90 years old June 2 and her husband will turn 92 June 8. A family luncheon in celebration of both occasions will be held June 1.

Mrs. Porter is a 1936 graduate of Delphi High School. Mr. Porter graduated from Flora High School in 1934.

The couple has five children: Tom Porter (wife: Pat) of Lafayette; Marta Gerard (husband: John) of Plymouth; Joe Porter (wife: Karen) of Indianapolis; Marilyn Scott (husband: Jim) of Carmel; and the late David Porter (wife: Pam) of Mechanicsburg, Pa. They have 13 grandchildren, one deceased grandchild, and 23 great-grandchildren.
