Pairings are out for the 24th Annual IHSAA Softball State Tournament with both Delphi and Carroll participating in the five-team Class 2A Sectional 37 at Clinton Central.

Class 1A Rossville will face the host Clinton Prairie in the four-team Sectional 54 that includes both Attica and Lafayette Central Catholic.

Delphi will face Fountain Central in the opening game Monday, May 19 at 5:30 p.m., while Carroll drew the host Clinton Central on Tuesday night at 5:30 p.m.

The Delphi-Fountain Central winner will then play Seeger, who earned the bye, on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. with the hopes of earning a berth into the championship game against the Carroll-Clinton Central winner.

The Sectional 37 championship game is scheduled for May 22 at 5:30 p.m.

The winner of the Fountain Central Sectional will advance to the Eastern (Greentown) Regional on Saturday, May 31 and face the winner from the Eastern (Greentown) Sectional.

Other Class 2A Eastern Regional competitors will include the Sectional winners from Bluffton and Wabash.

The winner of the Clinton Prairie Sectional will advance to the Regional, also hosted by Clinton Prairie, on May 31 and face the winner from the North White Sectional.

Class A Regional competitors at Clinton Prairie will include Sectional winners from Monroe Central and Wes-Del.
