Teresa Sullivan and Jon Sullivan, both of Delphi, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie L., to Joshua T. Mills. He is the son of Pam Mills of Delphi and Mark Mills of Logansport.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Delphi Community High School. She attained a bachelor's degree in journalism at Ball State University in 2005. She is pursuing a master of education degree at IUPUI while she is employed by CareGuide.

Her fiance is also a 2001 Delphi Community High School graduate. He earned a bachelor's degree in history from Wabash College in 2005. He is assistant director of nonpatient services with Aramark Healthcare.

A June 28 wedding is being planned.
