Scholarships for Alzheimer's Web-based training

Through a grant received from the Indiana State Department of Health, the Alzheimer's Association Greater Indiana Chapter will award 400 web-based training scholarships to certified nursing assistants who work in a state licensed facility in Indiana.

The online dementia care training for direct care workers is a state-of-the-art, internet-based multimedia program with six hours of continuing education available. The program is divided into six modules, covering a variety of topics. The program is easy to stop and start again and is available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The scholarship applications must be received by June 1.
