Camden Woman's Literary Club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the library's Reading Room. Roll call response will be a newsworthy event. Hostesses will be Linda Landes and Helen Yeager.

Practice for the skit to be presented at the Community Good Friday service will be held at 6:30 p.m. March 20 at the Lower Deer Creek Church of the Brethren.

Aim Hi E.H. Club will meet at 7 p.m. March 19 in the home of Carolyn Edging with Eva Lou Shanks as co-hostess. Evetta Recher will give devotions and the lesson will be given by Mary Trapp and Jean Willy.

Camden Council of Churches collecting items for the Carroll County Food Pantry now through Easter Sunday. Nonperishable and dry goods may be taken to either the Baptist, Lower Deer Creek, United Methodist or St. Peters Lutheran churches.

Plans are being made for the kick-off Sunday to be March 30 for the 175th anniversary of the Camden First Baptist Church.

Several patrons have signed up for the Winter Into Spring Reading Club at the Camden- Jackson Township Public Library. The club is still open to anyone who will read two books a month by April 25. Inquire at the library for more information.

Winter Storytime is held at the library on Thursdays at 4 p.m.
