Prevent Child Abuse Carroll County, in cooperation with Carroll County Head Start, will present Child Abuse 101 March 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Stone Barn in Delphi. The program will be presented by a representative of Prevent Child Abuse Indiana and was rescheduled from an earlier date.

The public is encouraged to attend to learn what constitutes child abuse and how to report it.
