Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi.

Dawn Roth, 41, of Lafayette, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Joseph L. Shultz, 29, of Monticello, pled guilty to criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. In a separate cause, Shultz pled guilty to criminal trespass, for which he was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. The convictions were set to run consecutively.

Kathy E. Dunbar, 44, of Delphi, pled guilty to the amended charge of operating an off-road vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Daniel T. Longoria, 19, of Brookston, pled guilty to visiting a common nuisance. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supevised probation.

Joseph P. Kornas, 27, of Whiting, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Brent J. Ruemler, 27, of Elkhart, pled guilty to speeding. He was fined. A count of driving while suspended against him was dismissed.

Terry L. Robinson Sr., 37, of Flora, pled guilty to possession of cocaine, unlawful possession or use of a legend drug and habitual substance offender. He was sentenced to seven years in prison, three years suspended, and five years probation.

Darryl E. Brickey, 32, of Monticello, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and habitual substance offender. He was sentenced to six years in prison, three years suspended, and three years supervised probation.
