Templin 90th birthday

Templin Evelyn Templin of 5 5 0 7 W . C R 5 0 0 S . , Bringhurst, will celebrate her 90th birthday today, Wednesday, with a family dinner.

She was born Jan. 2, 1918, in Delphi, to Jason "J.L." and Lettie Whiteman. She married Lloyd P. Templin on June 28, 1937, in Valparaiso.

Mrs. Templin attended Delphi schools and Delphi United Methodist Church. She is a homemaker and helped on the family farm. She and her husband were active in the Democratic Party.

She has one son, Lloyd L. Templin, who preceded her in death in May 1995. She has a grandson and a granddaughter. Another granddaughter died shortly after being born. She has seven great-grandchildren and one deceased great-grandson.
