Bruce and Andrea (Burkhalter) Gillen of Charleston, S.C., are parents of a 7-pound, 10- ounce daughter, Emma Grace, born Nov. 3 at Trident Hospital, Summerville, S.C. Maternal grandparents are Edward and Audrey Burkhalter of Bringhurst. Paternal grandparents are Tony and Hiroko Mattingly of Bellevue, Neb., Sylvia Gillen of Tooele, Utah, and the late Larry Gillen. Great-grandparents are Virginia Burkhalter of Kokomo and Tomé Sato of Tokyo, Japan.
