APC issues 19 permits in November

Nineteen permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during November, for improvements amounting to $2,793,250.

Residential permits with $249,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Jefferson - Betty Aldridge, residence; Ronald Reagan, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Adams - John Campbell, pole barn;

Carrollton - George Barnard, tool shed;

Clay - William Martin, addition; Craig and Carra Woodruff, temporary mobile home;

Delphi - Thomas and Claudia Hicks, storage; Wesleyan Church Parsonage, addition; Barbah Wine, addition;

Jackson - Richard Brumbaugh, storage; Little Fawn LLC, storage;

Jefferson - David Dimmich etal, 2nd story deck; Richard and Carla Murray, addition;

Tippecanoe - Terry King, addition; Marilyn Sikes, garages;

Washington - Tamara Langler and Felicia Archuleta, porch. Commercial Permits

• Zimpfer Development Corp., Delphi, duplex;

• Crop Production Services, Deer Creek Township, seed storage;

• Deborah Bradfield, Washington Township, 2 hog barns.

The total collected from permits issued was $1,251, plus:

• Harry Jones, Democrat Township, CFO Pre-Application Permit, $25;

• John Filbrun, Democrat Township, CFO Pre-Application Permit, $25.

Total collected from permits in November was $1,165. Total collected for 2007 was $14,535.
