Winter fun
Carroll County's first big snow came last weekend, with an average of 7-8 inches around the county. School was cancelled Monday, so children took advantage of the time off to play in the snow. Pictured here, l-r, are Carroll Elementary fifth graders Jake Gamel and Jared Forgey.
