Ground breaking for social services complex
Community members, agency participants and local dignitaries, including the out-going and in-coming mayors of Delphi, huddled for a short ground breaking ceremony for the North Central Health Services Non-Profit Center Thursday morning at the construction site located on Prince William Rd. between Vine and Summit streets. NCHS President and CEO John Walling welcomed the guests to the cold and blustery event. Walling said construction was planned to begin by Monday, weather permitting. The first step in construction will be to prepare the building pad and begin to lay the concrete foundation. The planned opening of the facility is mid-August, 2008.
