Nov. 29, 3:40 a.m. - OWI, Market and Monroe streets. Brandon Allen, 27, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of felony OWI, driving while suspended/prior and maintaining a common nuisance. Robert Bowen, 21, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of visiting a common nuisance. Cindy Glenn, 50, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. Timothy Loeffler, 22, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, public intoxication and visiting a common nuisance. Abbie Morgenson, 27, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of visiting a common nuisance, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and possession of paraphernalia. Sandra Spalding, 37, Brookston, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and visiting a common nuisance. Officer Justin Wilson responded.

Dec. 3 - Burglaries, several Delphi locations. Richard C. Everett, 19, 9229 W. CR 310W, Delphi, was arrested for eight burglaries. Delphi City Police and Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. investigated.

Dec. 5, 6:35 p.m. - Warrant service, sheriff's department. Christopher Fairwell, 34, Alanson, Mich., surrendered. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

Nov. 30, 10:12 a.m. - Criminal mischief, CR550S. Mailboxes vandalized in the south/southwest part of county. Davidson responded.

Nov. 30, 7:55 p.m. - Operating while never licensed, W. CR375S. Antonio Delgado, 20, Flora, was cited after a crash. Driver and infant passenger were transported to a local hospital. Liggett responded.

Dec. 1, 2:26; a.m. - Operating while never licensed, US421. Raquel D. Garza, 20, Brookston, was arrested following a routine traffic stop. Hall responded.

Dec. 1, 10:52 p.m. - Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, 500 block of E. Main St., Camden. Two juveniles arrested. Hall responded.

Dec. 3, 11:40 a.m. - Identity deception, 6900 block of Monroe St. Allegations concerning recent unauthorized credit transactions by former foster parents reported. Leazenby responded.

Dec. 4, 6:50 a.m. - Criminal recklessness, I-65. While enroute to training in Indianapolis, officers observed a vehicle, driven by Montgomery Robinson, Westfield, being driven in an unsafe manner. Driver refused to stop. A chase involving Carroll County, ISP, Monticello Police Department and Clinton and Boone counties ensued which resulted in ISP becoming involved in a crash. Thomas was involved for Carroll County.

Nov. 19 - Investigated a report of theft at 605 E. 7th St.

Nov. 21 - Took a report from Burlington Mara Mart regarding a shoplifting incident.

Nov. 26 - Investigated a report of criminal mischief at 409 E. 5th St.

Nov. 30, 1:20 p.m. - Assisted Indiana State Police and Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. with an accident at the intersection of SR 29 and Stockton St.

Dec. 1, 10 a.m. - Assisted CCSD and Delphi Police Dept. with a warrant and arrest of an individual at 701 N. Washington St., Delphi.

Dec. 2 - Criminal mischief at Burlington Community Park was investigated after it was reported that obscenities had been spray painted on an outbuilding.
