Two juvenile females were also arrested, one for criminal trespass and possession of marijuana. Another juvenile female was arrested for criminal trespass. Sgt. James Bishop responded. Martin, 30, of Flora was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for failure to appear and for operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic violator. Officer Josh Disinger responded. Nov. 22, 1:21 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Harold E. Johnson, 36, of Flora was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Officer Disinger responded. Nov. 25, 1:01 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 415 W. Clem St. Apt# 10. The complaintant stated she is missing music CD's, prescription medication and cash. Officer Larimore responded.
