Oct. 31, 1:30 p.m. - Juvenile complaint taken at Carroll High School. Chief Paul Redmon responded.

Oct. 31, 6:15 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was received at 315 S. Division St. Officer Randy Larimore responded.

Nov. 1, 3:05 p.m. - Theft of $120 from a vehicle was reported at 415 W. Clem St., Apt 14. A suspect was identified and the money recovered. Redmon responded.

Nov. 2, 6 p.m. - A battery on a juvenile was reported at 27 W. Main St. Officer Josh Disinger responded.

Nov. 3, 5:56 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 714 W. Columbia St. Officer Mark Thomas responded.

Nov. 7, 8:40 a.m. - Ronald L. Tedrow, 39, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for probation violation. Chief Redmon and Officer Thomas responded.

Nov. 7, 8:40 a.m. - A domestic battery was reported in the 400 block of W. Clem St. Officers Thomas and Disinger responded.

Nov. 8, 4:20 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 123 E. Hoop St. Thomas responded.

Nov. 8, 7:25 p.m. - A car/deer crash was reported at 803 E. Main St. Lori A. McElfresh, 31, Flora, struck a deer on SR 18. Disinger responded.

Nov. 10, 9:22 a.m. - Vehicle crash, 204 Park Row. The driver, John W. Bingaman, 38, Flora, struck a garage with his vehicle. Larimore responded.

Nov. 10, 9:22 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of S. Wayne St. Larimore responded.

Nov. 10, 10:02 p.m. - A suspicious person was reported in the area of Howard and W. Columbia St. It was reported that a man wearing a tan colored coat was looking into the windows of Carroll County Medical Center and Dollar General. Sgt. James Bishop responded.

Nov. 12, 7:31 a.m. - A report of an attempted burglary was taken at 607 W. Columbia St. Thomas responded.

Nov. 11, 6:45 p.m. - A fight was reported at 415 W. Clem St. Apt 11. The complaintant reported she was battered by a juvenile female. Bishop responded.

Nov. 13, 3:26 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of N. Willow St. Thomas responded.

Nov. 13, 4:59 p.m. - A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of SRs 75 and 18 was reported. A vehicle, driven by Donald E. Spray, 43, Flora, collided with a UPS truck driven by Bradley R. Roler, 43, Tipton. Thomas responded.

Nov. 14, 4:10 p.m. - A semi driven by Mervin J. Hilty, 58, of Ohio was stopped at the intersection of SRs 75 and 18. Hilty was turning east onto SR18 when the combine he was hauling caught a utility pole at the intersection causing the street light to fall onto the roadway. Redmon responded.

Nov. 15, 3:57 p.m. - A two-vehicle crash was reported at 1002 S. Sycamore St. A vehicle driven by Betty Mumert, 46, Cutler, struck a parked vehicle owned by K Brothers Inc. of Walton. Redmon responded.

Nov. 17, 12:42 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Dontail Valentine, 22, Gas Ctiy, was arrested for operating while intoxicated controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, forgery, false informing and identity deception. A female passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. Disinger responded. Deputy Zach Hall assisted.

Nov. 15, 6:30 p.m. - Darrell L. Maxwell, 55, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for domestic battery and non-payment of child support. Bishop responded.

Nov. 16, 7:25 p.m. - A report of intimidation was reported at 208 W. Walnut St. Disinger responded.

Nov. 17, 3:03 p.m. - A report of criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported at 586 Harmon St. Thomas responded.

Nov. 18, 2:10 p.m. - Michelle R. Maxwell, 40, Bringhurst, was arrested on a Fulton County warrant for check deception. Thomas responded.

Nov. 14, 7:15 a.m. - Burglary, Delphi Body Works. Money taken from a cash box. Bernhardt responded.

Nov. 14, 3:51 p.m. - Ran off road, US421 and Franklin St. Todd Barrows, 43, Delphi. Kent responded.

Nov. 15, 5:42 p.m. - Right angle, US421 at Riley Annex. Lisa Wright, 45, West Lafayette, and a Delphi juvenile. While parked and drivers were talking with police, the juvenile's car rolled backward into a park entrance sign. Kent responded to both incidents.

Nov. 15 - Old Middle School gym. Money taken from two juvenile males while they played basketball. Officer David Yeager responded.

Nov. 18 - Runaway, N. Wells St. Juvenile reported missing and later found. Vondrasek responded.

Nov. 18, 2:47 a.m. - Attempted burglary, Wallmann's Grocery Store. Two juveniles found behind the store. One admitted to attempted burglary. Vondrasek responded.

Nov. 18, 9 a.m. - Property damage, alley between Union, Washington, Madison and Polk streets. Robert E. James III, 17, and Jerame W. West, 25, both of Delphi. Yeager responded.

Nov. 18, 10:30 p.m. - Driving while suspended, Prince William Rd. Richard Everett, 19, Delphi was arrested. Kent responded.

Nov. 9, 11 p.m. - Theft, 11900 block of Windsor Rd. Medications reported missing from a residence. Dunning responded.

Nov. 10, 7:48 a.m. - Public intoxication, US421/US39 at the stone quarry. Samantha Russell, 19, Monticello, was arrested for driving while suspended and released on a $200 cash bond. Russell Stout was arrested for public intoxication and invasion of privacy and released on $50 cash bond. Deputy Mike Thomas responded.

Nov. 10, 10:31 a.m. - Burglary, 7700 block of N. Sandy Beach Rd. Two wake boards and two cases of beer were taken from the home of Linda Sutter. Thomas responded.

Nov. 11, 11:15 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 12801N CR500W, Idaville. Vehicle ran through fence at the residence of George Wells. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

Nov. 11, 6:23 p.m. - Criminal information, W. CR654N. Possible self-inflicted stabbing in the Rockfield area. Thomas responded.
