Nov. 13, 4:59 p.m. - A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of SRs 75 and 18 was reported. A vehicle, driven by Donald E. Spray, 43, Flora, collided with a UPS truck driven by Bradley R. Roler, 43, Tipton. Thomas responded. Nov. 14, 4:10 p.m. - A semi driven by Mervin J. Hilty, 58, of Ohio was stopped at the intersection of SRs 75 and 18. Hilty was turning east onto SR18 when the combine he was hauling caught a utility pole at the intersection causing the street light to fall onto the roadway. Redmon responded. Nov. 15, 3:57 p.m. - A two-vehicle crash was reported at 1002 S. Sycamore St. A vehicle driven by Betty Mumert, 46, Cutler, struck a parked vehicle owned by K Brothers Inc. of Walton. Nov. 17, 12:42 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Dontail Valentine, 22, Gas Ctiy, was arrested for operating while intoxicated controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, forgery, false informing and identity deception.
