Superior Court Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. New Filings Kristy Grubb was charged with public intoxication. Austin C. Harmon was charged with theft and invasion of privacy. Robert D. Bammerlin was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and carrying a handgun without a license. Darrell L. Maxwell was charged with domestic battery. AJA J. Hiatt Mallory was charged with check deception. Jane E. Faucett was charged with check deception. Deradee D. Remaly was charged with check deception. Lisa D. Thieke was charged with residential entry, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and criminal mischief. Kathy J. Townsend was charged with possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bryon M. Townsend was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Lana L. Richards was charged with unlawful possession or use of a legend drug and public intoxication. Darcey D. Heller was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, operating with an ACE of .15 percent or more, and driving while suspended. Leonardo Haro was charged with driving while suspended and unsafe movement. **** Yolanda Gonzalez, 37, of Monticello, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days unsupervised probation. Alisa M. Straws, 28, of Lafayette, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Thomas L. Smith, 21, of Cutler, was found guilty by jury trial of failure to return to scene of accident resulting in serious injury. He was sentenced to two years in prison, one and a half years suspended, and one and a half years supervised probation. Christopher Buchanan, 38, of Delphi, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Rodney L. Mangas was found guilty by jury trial of resisting law enforcement and pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one and a half years in prison, one year suspended, and one year supervised probation. Elizabeth A. Waymire, 23, of Camden, was found guilty following bench trial of false informing. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. William S. Holmes, 28, of Lafayette, pled guilty to invasion of privacy. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Philipi L. Widner Jr., 29, of Flora, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. The following cases were entered for the plaintiff: Asset Acceptance LLC vs. Byron Rider; CACH LLC vs. David Owens; and Citibank S. Dakota NA vs. Edward A. Holderly. Default judgements were entered in the following cases: Atlantic Credit & Finance Inc. vs. Lisa E. Chafin; Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC vs. Sara L. Harter; Culligan of Delphi vs. Jo Ford; Culligan of Delphi vs. Shelly Amich; Steve Weston and Darcy Weston vs. Freida Baird; Lafayette Accounts Service Inc. vs. Joseph E. Deloach; Culligan of Delphi vs. Susan Remaly; and Steve Weston and Darcy Weston vs. Shawn T. Baird. In an agreed judgement, Kevin Hinton was ordered to pay $1,635 to Phyllis Clawson. The following cases were dismissed: Max Mast vs. Daimler/Chrysler Corporation; Kathryn Maish vs. Ed Forrest; State of Indiana vs. Andria Land; Culligan of Delphi vs. Clint Brandt; Harry W.
