Donna B. Nance

Donna B. Collins Farrell Gladden Nance, 87, of Burnettsville, formerly of Lafayette, died Nov. 20, 2007, at in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette.

Mrs. Nance was born July 16, 1920, in Colburn, to the late Charles R. and Nellie Aletha Yelton Collins. Her first husband was William Edward Farrell, and they divorced. Her second marriage was to Mark Wayne Gladden, who preceded her in death Dec. 23, 1991. She married Robert L. Nance on Sept. 18, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nev., and he preceded her in death in 2003.

Mrs. Nance retired after 14 years as a bookkeeper at Stockwell Lumber Company. She served in the communications department of the U.S. Navy for two years.

She was a member of Colburn United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a son, Steven R. Farrell of Burnettsville; and a sister, Opal Mae Grider of Brownsburg.

Visitation will be Nov. 23 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi. Services will be Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Colburn EUB Cemetery.
