Alvin D. Justice Jr.

Alvin D. Justice Jr., 66, of rural Delphi, died Nov. 15, 2007, at 1:52 a.m. at his residence after a twoyear battle with cancer.

Mr. Justice was born June 25, 1941, in Rogersville, Tenn., to Alvin David and Margaret Elizabeth Walker Justice. His marriage was to Catherine Moyers Justice on Dec. 2, 1972, in Delphi.

He retired from Delphi Body Works where he was employed as a body fabricator.

He was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church in Delphi.

Surviving are his wife, a son, Robert L. Justice; a daughter, Chris McPherson; a sister, Vertie Gore; and two grandchildren, all of Delphi. Services were held Nov. 19 at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi. Burial was at I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens in Pittsburg.
