Delphi Chamber to again sponsor Festival of Trees Those who wish to sponsor and decorate a tree for Delphi Chamber of Commerce Festival of Trees should plan to set up their displays in the courthouse rotunda Nov. 26 and 27 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Members of the public may vote for their favorite trees during regular courthouse hours from Nov. 28 until Dec. 1, the day of the Christmas parade. Winners will be announced during the parade. Trees may remain on display through Christmas, but should be removed by Dec. 28 at noon. There is no charge to set up a tree or to vote.
