OT free throw shooting is Carroll's downfall

      Every loss hurts, but some cut deeper, and hurt longer than others. Carroll's Lady Cougars got run through by Sheridan at the Larry Hobbs Memorial Hall Monday night. Their 47-45 overtime loss to the Lady Hawks left the 0-3 Lady Cougars, their coaches and fans stunned, and bitterly disappointed.

      Delphi, after a 2-0 start, struggled against a couple of 0-2 teams in losses to Seeger (56-35) and North White (49- 40) last week to even their season record at 2-2. Alderman is lightweight champion at Chesterton
      The Delphi wrestling team's opening meet was at the Chesterton Super Duals. The Oracles finished the day at 2-3. At 119 lbs., Donovan Alderman went 5-0 and was the Lightweight Wrestler of the Meet. Braden Atwood at 160 lbs. also went 5-0. Finishing the day 4-1 were Bob Floyd at 112 lbs.
