Water Tower Place, located at 7201W. CR200N. in Delphi, is hosting a grand opening Friday from 12 to 3 p.m. The community is encouraged to visit the newly constructed, moderate income duplex apartments to learn about programs and services offered.

A ribbon cutting ceremony with Delphi Mayor Lee Hoard will celebrate the opening of the resident clubhouse. That facility offers a recreation room, a business center, full kitchen and hair salon.
