IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE has been awarded $467,729 in "Moving Forward" grants from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.

The "Moving Forward" grants were established to create seamless programs of study to help students move easily from high school to postsecondary opportunities. The grants will allow Ivy Tech to create new programs of study, upgrade existing programs, implement alternative educational delivery methods and establish entrepreneurship activities for students.

In this region, Lafayette Campus was awarded $92,992, and the Kokomo Campus, $62,000.
