Oct. 23, 2:06 a.m. - A property damage accident occurred at 227 E. Main St. A vehicle driven by Kenneth Lee Sr,, 57, Kokomo, struck two parked vehicles. Bishop responded.

Oct. 23, 8:55 a.m. - A property damage accident occurred in the Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School parking lot. A vehicle driven by Laura M. Bott, 17, Flora, struck a parked vehicle. Redmon responded.

Oct. 23, 4:50 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken in Bringhurst. Officer Randy Larimore responded.

Oct. 23, 8:49 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of W. Clem St. Sgt. Bishop responded.

Oct. 24, 6:40 p.m. - A report of a stolen license plate was taken. Disinger responded.

Oct. 26, 11:55 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 120 N. Washington St. David L. Kelly, 49, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Shawn L. Kelly, 29, Lafayette, was arrested on a warrant. Bishop responded. Deputies Zach Hall and Jason Dunning assisted.

Oct. 26, 6:30 p.m. - A battery report was taken at 415 W. Clem St., Apt 12. During the course of the investigation Roger Napier, 61, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of battery. Sgt. Bishop responded.

Oct. 28, 6:45 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of S. Sycamore St. Bishop responded.

Oct. 29, 6:30 a.m. - A harassment report was taken at 308 S. Sycamore St. Larimore responded.

Oct. 31, 2:20 a.m. - Following a report of an intoxicated person, Lana L. Richards, 35, Lafayette, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and possession of a legend drug. Disinger responded.

Oct. 25, between 6 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Marshal Jill Hammond investigated a report of a burglary and theft of medication at 728 W. 8th St.

Oct. 28, 11 a.m. - SR 29 and Stockton St., vehicle partially in the roadway was towed.

Oct. 29, 7:40 a.m. - A report of a break-in at Kokomo Grain Co. was investigated. Items were reported taken.Marshal Hammond and Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. responded.

Oct. 29, 8 a.m. - Pizza King reported an attempted break-in.Marshal Hammond, Det. Steve Mullin, Det. Kevin Hammond responded.

Oct. 29 - 5:48 p.m. - The Dinner Bell reported a burglary with items taken. Marshal Hammond and Detectives Mullin and Hammond responded.

Oct. 29, 7:23 p.m. - Intimidation with a deadly weapon and public intoxication, 409 N.Washington St. Robert Ingram, 35, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of threatening a 17-year-old juvenile in the home, as well as the occupant of the home with bodily injury and displaying a knife. Ingram tested .203BrAC. Officer JustinWilson responded.

Oct. 29, 7:35 a.m. - Theft, 410 E. Monroe St. Boy's black, 20-inch Mongoose BMX-style bicycle with plastic rims was reported missing from residence. Sgt. Brook McCain responded and continues to investigate.

Nov. 1, 7:27 p.m. - Criminal mischief, N. Union St. Vandalism to fence surrounding property reported. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

Nov. 2, 3:17 p.m. - Property damage, US421 at Riley Park. Elisabeth Cline, 18, Delphi, and Matthew Rhine, 22, West Lafayette. Kent responded.

Nov. 2, 6:40 p.m. - Car/pedestrian, US421 at N. Hamilton St. Felicia Pegues, 18, Idaville, struck two juvenile pedestrians with right passenger door of vehicle causing minor injuries. Kent responded.

Nov. 4, 3:46 p.m. - Leaving the scene of an accident, Dairy Queen parking lot. Unidentified vehicle damaged vehicle owned by Harvey Moore, 58, Logansport, and left the scene. Kent responded.

Oct. 29, 5:59 p.m. - Criminal information, CR200N. Suspicious vehicle found to be stolen from California. Hall responded and is investigating.

Oct. 30, 11:39 a.m. - Theft/receiving stolen property, 600 block of US421. Kyle Brandon was arrested on suspicion of minor consumption, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance following a routine traffic stop. Reserve Deputy Ryan Browning responded.

Oct. 29, 5:09 p.m. - Seventh St. at US421. James G. Marlatt, 61, and Rachel L. Brown, 30, both of Delphi. Deputy Grant Davidson responded.

Oct. 29, 6:31 p.m. - Springboro Rd. near CR1100S. Evan A. Mitchell, 20, Burnettsville, and Aaron C. Hutsell, 22, Brookston. Mitchell was arrested by ISP on suspicion of minor consumption with a BrAC of .05 percent and transported to the White County Jail. Mitchell refused treatment at the scene by EMS. Hutsell was treated at the scene by EMS for a possible leg fracture. Deputy Tony Liggett responded.
