Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi.

Capital One Bank vs. Marla J. Stark, a case formerly dismissed, was reinstated to the court's active docket.

Trina Stewart was ordered to pay $1,187.09 to Asset Acceptance LLC.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Aaron Tyner; State of Indiana vs. Victor Gonzalez; Mann Chevrolet-Buick Inc. vs. Roger Rush; HarryW. Jones DDS vs. Winifred Peek; and Lucas Family Dentistry vs. Michael Atwood.

In a default judgment, Chris McTigue was ordered to pay $8,707.10 to Beneficial Indiana.

For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Aaron M. Kirkpatrick, 28, of Lexington, Ky., operating a motor boat while intoxicated; Amber N. Morgeson, 26, of Hoopeston, Ill., public intoxication; Jason B. Stockment, 26, of Brookston, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Anthony C. Smeltzer, 41, of Sharpsville, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and disregarding a stop sign; Jere Hill, 20, of Lafayette, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; Eric A. Christensen, 20, of Delphi, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and possession of marijuana; and Jose S. Linares- Ordonez, 44, of Delphi, operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Kelli L. Kelly, of Flora, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Michael P. Godlove, 22, of Monticello, pled guilty to visiting a common nuisance. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Brianna Lucas, 22, of Delphi, pled guilty to criminal mischief. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Marcia A. Maxwell, of Forrest, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Monica Overmyer, 53, of Delphi, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Jacob A. Wright, 24, of Delphi, pled guilty to receiving stolen property, conversion and driving while suspended. He was sentenced to three years in jail, all suspended, and three years supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. James R. Hudson Jr.; State of Indiana vs. Amanda L. Westbrook; State of Indiana vs. Lisa D. Atkinson; Harry W. Jones DDS vs. NolanWood and Sara Wood; HarryW. Jones DDS vs. Kelly Stokes;Young's Culligan vs. Sarah Kissell; Brad Cable d/b/a Brad Cable Leasing LLC vs. Peek Trucking Company Inc.; Enesco LLC vs. Mary Jo L. Meek d/b/a CJ's Hallmark Shop; Delphi Hardware and Paint vs. Dean May; and Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Joey Engleking.

In an agreed judgment, Susie Mummert was ordered to pay $144 to HarryW. Jones.

Default judgments were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: Harry W. Jones vs. Thomas Reneau and Sarah Reneau; Capital One Bank vs. Mindy N. Thompson; and Citibank (S. Dak.) NA vs. Jamie D. Houser.

Jacob Murphy was ordered to pay $259.43 to TaraWilson.

Tanya L. Harper was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering (two counts), habitual substance offender and expired registration.

SherriA. Hinton was charged with driving while suspended.

Joseph R. Kornas was charged with possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.

RyanMcKenzie was charged with public intoxication.

Georgianna L. Rush was charged with public intoxication.

Delia M. Northern was charged with theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Todd Joseph Crider was charged with theft.

David Rubio was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, open container and speeding.

Curtis E. Hawk was charged with possession of marijuana and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Jose R. Martinez was charged with possession of cocaine and operating while intoxicated - endangering.

Erika L. O'dore was charged with illegal consumption.

Kyle Hughes was charged with driving while suspended and speeding.

Lauren B. Bowman was charged with aiding, inducing or causing fraud.

Amber N. North was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, unsafe lane movement and license plate requirement.

The following were charged with check deception: James E. Hall; Tricia K. Baker (three counts); Aja J. Hiatt Mallory (three counts); Jason L. Bush; Rachel L. Lucas; John J. Endress (four counts);

Timothy M. Mounts was charged with battery resulting in bodily injury.

Joseph L. Shultz was charged with criminal recklessness.

Shannon Sayler was charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and illegal consumption.

Jason J. Schroeder was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and failure to dim headlights.

Marc A. Sperry was charged with illegal taking of fish.

Sonja M. Reeves was charged with false informing.

Larry D. Peterson was charged with public intoxication.
