CHS Drama Club to present 'Noises Off'
Comet staff report

Carroll Drama Club will present the farcical comedy, "Noises Off," on Nov. 16 and 17 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 18 at 2 p.m.

"Noises Off," a three-act play, details the follies of a traveling theatre troupe as it attempts to put on the British comedy, "Nothing On."

In the first act, the audience gets an insider's look at what goes on during a rehearsal, letting the audience see the "drama" that happens inside the drama. Act II takes the audience backstage by turning the set 180 degrees allowing a never before seen view of what goes on behind the set. All of the mayhem and misunderstandings in Act I and II find their way into the performance on stage in Act III. The troupe struggles to bring the play to a successful ending amidst all of the chaos of personal dramas.

The play will be presented in the John A. Bush Memorial Auditorium.
