APC issues 15 permits in October

Fifteen permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during October, for improvements amounting to $514,400.

Residential permits with $200,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Clay - Ben and Nicole Thompson, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Clay - Larry Treece, addition;

Deer Creek - James Helms, storage;

Delphi - Rex and Robin Allbaugh, addition; Shirley Saltsman, deck;

Democrat - Jason and Nicole Howard, addition/garage;

Jackson - Paul and Maria Royer, storage;

Jefferson - Tim Chaplin, carport; Jeff Edgar, carport; Jack and Carolyn Phillipo, deck/storage;

Madison - Thomas Flora, pole barn;

Rock Creek - Jeffrey Rider, storage;

Tippecanoe - Robert Baker, storage; George Byars, storage. Commercial Permits

• J A Wise Farms, storage.

The total collected from permits issued was $531, plus:

• James and Brenda Staggs, Special Exception Application, $30;

• Zimpfer Development, variance application, $30;

• Zimpfer Development, special exception application, $30;

• North Central Health Services, subdivision application, $55;

• North Central Health Services, special exception, $30.

Total collected from permits in October was $706. Year-todate total collected is $13,370.
