Oct. 21, 2 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Delphi Community High School parking lot. Student car suffered damage from vandalism. Officer Shane Burkhardt responded.

Oct. 22, 3:30 p.m. - Property damage, US421 and Hamilton St. Wesley A. McWhirter, 19, Delphi, and Sue E. Martin, 52, West Lafayette. Officer Brook McCain responded.

Oct. 24, 1:30 p.m. - Property damage, parking lot behind apartments on Front Street. Jerry Seitzenger, 49, Demotte. Bernhardt responded.

Oct. 26, 9 a.m. - Criminal mischief, Riley Park.Concession stand, dug out, bleachers and scoreboard were spray-painted by vandal(s). Bernhardt responded.

Oct. 26 - Property damage, 213 E.North St.Vehicle parked on street damaged by unknown vehicle. Officer David Yeager responded.

Oct. 27, 10:12 p.m. - Property damage, US421 at the car wash. Mark Weida, 32, Rossville, struck a deer. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

Oct. 29 - Burglary, 610 N. Wilson St. Sony Play Station reported missing from apartment by David Erskin and Brianna Lucas. Yeager responded.

Oct. 19, 3:30 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 11962W CR600N, Monticello. A truck pulling a house trailer went through a resident's yard damaging foliage and flowers. Maj. Tobe Leazenby responded.

Oct. 20, 1:26 p.m. - Intimidation, 7200 block of N. CR1200W. Domestic disturbance between a father and son. Sheriff Tony Burns responded.

Oct. 20, 5:32 p.m. - Information, 5800 block of W. CR300N. Animal complaint in Deer Creek Township. Deputy John Chapman responded.

Oct. 21, 1:12 a.m. - Juvenile delinquency, 6200 block of W. Towpath Rd.Runaway juvenile returned to parents. Deputy Zachary Hall responded.

Oct. 21, 4:29 a.m. - Public intoxication, 300 block of W. Main St. Kristy Grubb was arrested. Deputy Tony Liggett responded.

Oct. 21, 4:18 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 4700 block of S. CR450E. Possible theft and criminal mischief to a residence reported. Liggett responded.

Oct. 22, 12:27 a.m. - Criminal information, 2700 block of Misty Ln. Residential entry reported. Liggett responded.

Oct. 23, 4:45 p.m. - Fraud, 12700 block of N. CR350W. James Haas, W. Burnettsville reported receiving fraudulent checks to cash, keep a percentage and then send the balance of the check to a Nigeria, Africa, address. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

Oct. 23, 8 p.m. - Driving while suspended with a prior, Market St., Delphi. Daniel Wethington, 53, Delphi, was arrested. An outstanding warrant out of Tippecanoe County was exercised.Wethington was additionally cited for expired license plates, no insurance and false and fictitious registration. Hammond responded.

Oct. 24, 8:10 a.m. - Theft, 9000 block of W. CR310N. Halloween decorations were damaged and some were taken from the residence of Paul and Sandy Lucas. Leazenby responded.

Oct. 24, 6:46 a.m. - US421 near Von Hollow Dr. Vern G. Myer, 87, Monticello, and a vehicle registered to David N. Connaway, Frankfort. Chapman responded.

Oct. 25, 10:30 p.m. - CR200N near Crestwood Dr. Donald E. Hickman III, 24, Delphi.Hickman crashed twice, fled after the second crash and later located. Hickman was transported to a hospital by EMS from injuries sustained in the second crash. Hickman admitted to consumption of alcohol, refused a chemical test and was cited for a misdemeanor. Subpoened medical records and further investigation through prosecutor's office are pending. Liggett and Hall responded.
