An outstanding warrant out of Tippecanoe County was exercised.Wethington was additionally cited for expired license plates, no insurance and false and fictitious registration. Hammond responded. Oct. 24, 8:10 a.m. - Theft, 9000 block of W. CR310N. Halloween decorations were damaged and some were taken from the residence of Paul and Sandy Lucas. Leazenby responded. Property damage reports: Oct. 24, 6:46 a.m. - US421 near Von Hollow Dr. Vern G. Myer, 87, Monticello, and a vehicle registered to David N. Connaway, Frankfort. Chapman responded. Oct. 25, 10:30 p.m. - CR200N near Crestwood Dr. Donald E. Hickman III, 24, Delphi.Hickman crashed twice, fled after the second crash and later located. Hickman was transported to a hospital by EMS from injuries sustained in the second crash. Hickman admitted to consumption of alcohol, refused a chemical test and was cited for a misdemeanor.
