New Filings The following were charged with check deception: Anna M. McGlothin; Tamara D. Johnson (two counts); Kimberly K. Hughes; and Amber N. Lucas. Levina Gaiser was charged with false informing. Michael Kite was charged with auto theft, operating while intoxicated - endangering and operating without ever receiving a license. ToddW. Prasser was charged with public intoxication and open container. H. Kent Howard was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and speeding. Roger D. Burks was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and operating as an habitual traffic violator. The following were charged with illegal consumption: Nathan W. Simons; Jessie J. Hibbs; Theresa J. Lawson; AndrewW. Deloria; ErinA. Liley; and Jerome P. Gutterman. Jerome P. Gutterman was charged with seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor. Kristen Wendling was charged with public intoxication. George L. Young III was charged with possession of paraphernalia. Devon M. Johnson was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person. William S. Goodwin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and operating while intoxicated - endangering. JonathanM. Erb was charged with check deception. Tricia K. Baker was charged with check deception. **** September Caracheo, 27, of Delphi, pled guilty to domestic battery. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Jeremy R. Riggle, 26, of Peru, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Alejandro Hinojosa, 25, of Delphi, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all but eight days suspended, and 357 days supervised probation. Dana Loeffler, 38, of Delphi, was found guilty of public intoxication. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Omar R. Cruz, 30, of Logansport, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation. Robert W. Campbell, 33, pled guilty to failure to stop after an accident. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Jeffrey C. Campbell, 17, of Lafayette, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and speeding 81/55. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Justin L. Herbst; State of Indiana vs. Jasmine R. Honn; State of Indiana vs. Mario O. Hernandez; Pearsons Marina vs. William and Patty Begley; Pearsons Marina vs. Brian and Melanie Schulze; and State of Indiana vs. George J. Novosel. The following cases were entered for the plaintiff:AssetAcceptance Corp. vs. Kimberly J. For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Richard M. Langston, 46, of Cutler, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Kyle R. Hammel, 20, of Delphi, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Derek C. Mitchell, 34, of Delphi, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Rickey O. Jones, 58, of Bringhurst, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and disorderly conduct. Derek R. Ramsey, 22, of Kilgore, Texas, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and 355 days unsupervised probation. Kevin C. Hammel, 23, of Delphi, pled guilty to auto theft, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person, and driving while suspended. He was sentenced to three years in prison, one year suspended. JeffreyW. Huddleston, 43, of Delphi, was found guilty of interference with the report of a crime and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Douglas P. Wilson, 33, of Lafayette, pled guilty to three counts of check deception. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Monica M. Runion, 34, of Delphi, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. |
