Bank United FSB filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage on real estate against Gerry D. Lyke and Shellrock Homeowners Association Inc.

Larry M. Brooks Jr. was charged with criminal confinement (two counts), intimidation, domestic battery (two counts) and strangulation.

Brenda Capitanio and George S. Capitanio Jr. were named executors of the estate of the late George S. Capitanio Sr.

Faustino Barradas, 32, of Lafayette, pled guilty to forgery. He was sentenced to two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, and 23 months probation.

The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support: Trisha Wargo in the amount of $11,588; Rhonda D. Blount, $21,943.72; Donnie A. Brumbaugh, $1,360; Terry Robinson, $10,284.95; Janic Bell, $2,127; Stacy Lee Heath, $7,447.26; Kenneth Hillary, $12,757.96; Julie Keller; William Rains, $6,183.18; and David Dunham, $537.51.

A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Christina A. McPherson and Melvin R. McPherson; and Kimberly A. Clawson and Gregory A. Clawson.

Sergio A. Alvarez, 23, of Lafayette, pled guilty to dealing in cocaine. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, 13 years suspended, and 13 years probation.

The estate of the late Dorothy E. Jones was admitted, probate will only.

The estate of the late Otis A. Beamer Jr. was admitted, probate will only.

Marcia Ruth Sledd was named executor of the estate of the late Manette B. Grant.

The following cases were dismissed: Capital One Bank vs. Amanda Hughes; and Midland Credit Management vs. Guadalupe Martinez.

Christopher L. Robertson pled guilty to burglary. He was sentenced to six years in prison, three years suspended, and three years probation.

Default judgments were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: American Acceptance Co. LLC vs. Brain Wallace, in the amount of $4,154.15; Discover Bank vs. Lyle Jenkins, $19,519.52; American Acceptance Co. LLC vs. Brett Wood, $1,113.87; and Ameritech Publishing Inc. vs. Michael Hufford d/b/a Hoosier Cellular and Hoosier Cellular, $5,929.77.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage against Chad A. Johnston and Jessica M. Johnston.

US Bank NA filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage against Rob S. McKinney, Mildred A. Medley, USA and Monticello Farm Service.
